Community Outreach

On Saturday, October 31st starting at 5:30pm we will serve Hot Dogs, Coffee, and Hot Cocoa to the community. Everyone is more than welcome to join and help serve or if you would like to stop by and say "Hi" we would love to get you something to keep you warm for the evening.

Harvest Festival

Harvest Festival is just around the corner. Our Harvest Fest will be on November 15th and this is a time where we are thankful for all the blessings that God has bestowed on us & a way for us to give back to the Missionaries that we support! As usual, we will provide the Ham & Potatoes and ask that you bring a side dish & a pie as we gather together for lunch!

Women's Christmas Program

Mark your calendars! Women & young ladies are invited to join us for our Women’s Christmas Program on Tuesday, December 8th, from 6:30-8:00pm. Christmas cafe opens at 6:00pm & will be open after 8:00pm again!

Christmas Eve Service

Everyone is invited to join us for our Christmas Eve Service on December 24th at 5:30pm. Please feel free to come early, grab some coffee or hot cocoa, and chat with us!
This is a wonderful time to invite a family member or a friend to hear about the birth of Jesus Christ.

Wednesday Night Dinner
On Wednesday, October 28th, we will be serving Goulash, Italian Bread, and Cake  from 5:30-6:30pm. Everyone is welcome to join us!
We also invite you to stay with us after dinner for Adventure Club (5yrs-5th grade), Junior High Youth Group (6th-8th grade), and Senior High Youth Group (9th-12th grade). 

Youth Group Raffle
 
This year the GEC Youth will be selling Raffle tickets to raise funds for Bible Camp Scholarships and to help reduce cost for Youth Trips. There are only 500 tickets printed with 4 chances to win 1/2 of a Hog. The Hog will be processed into Hams, Steaks, Roasts, Bacon, and Sausage.
Raffle tickets are $20 each OR $100 for 6 tickets! Please stop by the office to purchase a ticket or ask one of the Youth Kids about it. Let us know if you have any questions and we thank you for supporting the Youth at GEC!

Adventure Club
Adventure Club is our midweek Children’s program that will help shape your child’s theology and help them gain a better understanding of what Scripture teaches. Reading and memorizing bible verses pointing towards sound doctrine in a family fun way! Look into this further in the upcoming events and at our welcome center.

Junior High Youth Group
 
Junior High Youth Group is on Wednesday Evenings for all 6th-8th graders.

• Dinner is from 5:30-6:30pm

• Game time is from 6:30-7:00pm

• Worship/Lesson is from 7:00-7:30pm

• Group Time is from 7:30-8:00pm

• Junior High Dismissed at 8:00pm

Senior High Youth Group

Senior High Youth Group is on Wednesday Evenings for any 9th-12th graders.​

• Dinner is from 5:30-6:30pm

• Open Hangout is from 6:30-7:00pm

• Worship/Lesson is from 7:00-7:30pm

• Small Group is from 7:30-8:00pm

• High Schoolers are welcome to stay late on Wednesday nights & hangout until 9:00pm in the Youth Room.

• 1st Sunday of the month is Relational Sunday in which we enjoy dinner & a game together. Meet at the church at 6:30pm.

Faithful Branches

Every third Thursday of the month.
10:00-11:00am

All seniors in our community are encouraged to join us for "Faithful Branches" for a time of coffee, snacks, fellowship, & hymns. Bring a friend along & we hope to see you soon!

Youth Morning Devotions

Any youth from 6th grade through 12th grade is encouraged to join us as we explore a video series and a Bible Study.

Men's Sunday Bible Study

Encouraging Men to read, hear, & be guided by the Word of God:

All men are welcome to join the Men's Sunday Bible Study. The Men's Group meets from 9:00-9:45a.m. in the large classroom (West wing). If you have any questions, please contact Dain Christianson at (406) 263-8209.

Women's Bible Study

Building Strong Women of Faith:

The Women's Bible Study Group meets from 9:00-9:45 in the conference room by the Nursery. Please come as you are! If you have any questions, please contact Cheryl Faul at (406) 263-7453.

Romans Bible Study

There is a Bible Study on Romans for anyone who wants to join. Please meet in the Old Prayer Room (West Wing) at 9:00am.

Scripture Reading

Want to read the Bible out loud with fellow believers? Join Terri Wedel on Mondays from 7:00-8:30pm at her home for devoted time to reading the Bible. All ages are welcome and encouraged to join!

Children's Church

Children's Church is available for all PreK-3rd graders. Children will be released to their classrooms after Worship. 
We would love to have your child(ren) join us for a Bible lesson, music, crafts, and a fun game!

Nursery

If you would like to take advantage of the nursery, we have volunteers that will be there to connect with your little humans.

Communion

Every second Sunday of the month.

*Please join us for Communion on every second Sunday of the month. We believe that "Christ commanded all Christians to eat bread & to drink from the cup in thankful remembrance of him & his death. The Lord's Supper is a celebration of the presence of God in our midst; bringing us into communion with God & with one another; feeding & nourishing our souls. It also anticipates the day when we will eat & drink with Christ in his Father's kingdom."
